Is Skill2Create free for participants?
Yes. There are no application or placement fees. Placements state their compensation — stipend, salary, allowance or fee — before you accept.
Do I need prior training or qualifications?
No. Register directly. If we identify a skills gap we point you to the learning you need before or alongside your placement.
Can I participate from outside Nigeria?
Yes. Skill2Create is a global programme. Remote and hybrid placements are open internationally, and on-site placements are listed with their country and city.
What is the Capability Passport?
Your verified record of work samples, supervisor and host validation, assessments and experience — evidence you own and can share with employers, investors or institutions. Learn more.
