The Capability Passport is the verified record at the centre of Skill2Create. It accumulates evidence across every placement, project, assessment and progression — and it belongs to you.

What it records

Verified project evidence

Real outputs — code, designs, reports, products, campaigns, builds — confirmed by the host organisation as genuine and yours.

Supervisor and mentor reviews

Structured reviews from named people who watched you work, at milestones and at exit.

Competency assessments

Technical, professional and creation competencies assessed against the placement’s defined outcomes.

Progression record

Placements completed, ventures launched, contracts won, roles obtained — a verified career and creation history.

Learning record

Foundations and courses completed through Skill2Create and partner institutions, linked to the capabilities they built.

Shareable, verifiable

Share a link with an employer, client or funder. They see verified evidence — not self-declared claims.

Why it matters

Verification of capability, not certification of attendance.

Employers routinely report that certificates tell them little about what a person can do. Skill2Create treats evidence as the primary credential: certificates and badges are issued because evidence exists, not instead of it.
